He comes from a visual novel made by a person online known as Headlocker, called Monster X Mediator.
The main premise of the game is that you're a person who's deperate for money. You get hired to work at a hotel full of monsters. You have to convince the monsters to leave their rooms without dying. How fun!
It's a game that doesn't take itself too seriously, there's some antics that happen and whatnot. Not to mention the misspellings. Some might not find the humor enjoyable, or the narrative to be up to their taste. However, I find it to be fun! I'm all for making dumb things, and making content you personally like. Also, it doesn't hurt for me to download VNs to pick apart and learn from.
So far the game only has 2 rooms you could enter, the other 2 are still being worked on.
