Why did you make this stupid page??

I saw fan art of this guy so often for about two years, not really knowing where he came from. I just thought he was someone's popular OC or something. (I'm technically not wrong, lol. dude's got a toyhouse) I mostly saw him in nsfw spaces online. There's so many hooded/masked characters on the internet that my brain just ropes them into one category. It's either a fucking COD character, or an OC, from my own observation anyway lol.

Anyway, I noticed the tag on a fanart one day of him in a bunny suit. It was tagged as the name of the game, and after a quick google search, I downloaded the game. I purposfully didn't look too much into it because I often like going into things blind. I downloaded it onto my desktop to play at a later day.

A few days later after a rough day, I decided "fuck it, I'll play it lol" while I streamed it for a friend. There's goofy ass halloween music that plays on the title screen when you start the game. It made my head scratch at the tone of this game, knowing what the content warning said.

Anyway I'm not turning this into a novel. I played it. I almost cringed at a lot of parts, scoping out who the fuck this hooded guy was. But he was also, funny? And subverted expectations. No monologues from a killer about why he kills people. Just silly ways of me trying to get this guy out of his room, albeit unnerving during times.... most of the time actually. It struck certain things in me due to personal trauma. After my initial shock, I started to like 404 a little too much.

He's a fucking male yandere. FUCKING nuts, I avoid yandere shit most of the time especially male yanderes. The other VN John Doe, Your Boyfriend... I avoided those like the plauge since they made my skin crawl.

I know I rambled a bit about making things with taboo subjects on my UE page, but is this glorifying? I really don't think so. People are allowed to make whatever they want, for the most part. Just so long as the proper warnings are in place (for most things. loli shouldnt exist though lol).

Victims sometimes make content to help themselves cope, or a means of having control of something. Safe in fantasy, as I always say. There's a reason why people find the yandere trope appealing. A character who is unhealthily obsessed with you. Except this time, this guy's read all the shit you wrote online, and can't get enough of it. That's probably what did it for me lol.

I'm not really trying to convince you to play it. I just needed to ramble about this guy or I'd explode lol.
