It's safe to assume there's subject matter that others would find disturbing. However, if you wanted to avoid spoilers when I get into more in-depth about specifics, that's the only warning you need. But if you need to care for your mental health, continue reading?
The creator themselves even lists the warning on their itch.io page for "strongly insinuated sexual assault" specifially if you go into the room 001 (where you meet the character this page is about). The sensitive material is all in text, mostly.
Albeit, nothing is shown. The most graphic visuals in the game is blood splatters.
I think it's important to have more warnings, at least coming from me when I share this game with others.

Also, warnings for the dev's content in general. Either in her games or social media, she has 18+ content. (Although not all of her games have it, she has warnings on those) While most of it has silly tones, occasionally it can get really serious. She has made content about her trauma, and included taboo subjects within her content. Tread carefully when you explore her content, her community, and tags about her games.
